PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING:
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES:
we ship by national express courier (24 / 48h), the cost is included in the cost of the product.
Delivery takes place by national express courier. We usually ship within 24 hours after the payment for the order has been processed, if the goods are in stock. The courier delivers within 24/48 hours of shipment, except for remote islands and provinces. All times refer to working days (Monday to Friday) and are indicative, not binding.
The goods travel at the customer’s risk, we will not be responsible for any delays or errors in deliveries caused by couriers. If you receive a visibly damaged package, we recommend that you mark “with reserve” and take a photo to document its condition. We also recommend that you indicate a delivery address where the courier will find someone, and in any case indicate a telephone number on the order form.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ESTABLISH A DELIVERY TIME. Any storage costs at the courier’s depot will be fully charged to the customer.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
we accept payments via Paypal, Bank Transfer, and most popular Credit Cards.
Paypal: paying with Paypal is simple and safe. You won’t have to type in your card number or even share it with the seller. You just need your email address and the password you have chosen. Payment takes place on a secure page. The email address of the PayPal account to make payments is: email@example.com
Credit Card: we use the PayPal payment system for credit card payments. All credit cards of the Visa, Mastercard, Postepay circuits are accepted. It is not mandatory to be registered with PayPal to use this form of payment which in any case takes place in total security via secure servers.
All prices are expressed in Euros and do not include VAT. We reserve the right to inform the customer before the order is processed in the event of an error in the price published on the website. Selling prices include shipping costs. Sale prices can change without notice.
the indication of stock availability, despite our utmost care, may not be real due to the continuous variation of the warehouse stock or alignment errors. The declared availability is therefore not binding.
PROOF OF PURCHASE, TAX CODE AND VAT NUMBER:
e-commerce is similar to distance selling: therefore there is an exemption from issuing a receipt, receipt or invoice unless requested by the customer. To request the purchase invoice, simply fill in the “tax code and / or VAT number” fields and the unique SDI code (for electronic invoice) on the order form. To receive the invoice, holders of a VAT number they must necessarily also indicate the Tax Code.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
the right of withdrawal can be exercised only by natural persons who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. The right of withdrawal, therefore, cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to a commercial activity. Also excluded from the right of withdrawal are purchases made by resellers or by persons who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties, and customized goods upon request by the customer. It is possible to withdraw from the purchase within 21 days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods.
To apply the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at the address: firstname.lastname@example.org your will to withdraw from the purchase within the above deadline. Once you have received our return authorization, you must send the goods you want to return, including packaging and any original manuals and accessories, at your expense, within 7 working days, to the address: ARMA S.r.l. Via Piani di Marischio 28 60044 Fabriano. It will also be necessary to provide your address and tax code (and / or VAT number) to allow us to produce the necessary documentation for withdrawal from the purchase. Once the integrity of the goods, accessories and packaging has been verified, we will refund within 30 days using the same means that you had used for payment, unless otherwise agreed. The customer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The original delivery costs will be refunded, while the shipping costs for returning the goods will not be refunded the buyer.
